Ingame commands:
Teleport to target:
/ Console teleport target
If you have used disconnects
/ Console SetTeleportDelay 50
50 should be an optimum value at no disconnects to get more. The default value is 35, the higher the value, the slower it portet you.
/ Console Save Position
Save your current position (retained until the restart WoW)
/ Console load Teleport Save
Teleports you to the stored position
/ Console teleport Corpse

This hack was created in an hour. It contains no features to save you from DCs or Sontiges. It may happen that it will from time to rausgeportet, this seems to geschiehen only triggers or if the server has just fixed it. After 3 days (at 7.12) I set the update and the hack will not be updated for new patches.
How do I avoid being rausgeportet?
Do not move out of the hack. The hot keys for Porten, the following:
Top -> Numpad 8
Down -> Numpad 2
X, Y axis + / -> Numpad 1, 3, 6, 9

What to do when I die, I revive me again?
Attempts to die in the first place, otherwise it is expensive because you have the spirit healer resurrect you. If you move the HP just simply that you may be rausgeportet. You could also try you as a ghost to your corpse to porten.
I do not see any mobs and players to do more?
Seems a bug to be phasing. Betretet a battlefield and then leave it.
